Pivot table reports are powerful Excel tools in analysing and presenting data and are used as the main mechanism for data to be calculated and linked to Dashboard reports. Pivottable reports provide an easy way to update data from the source database. Usually you would click the refresh button, but you can do this automatically via VBA using a change_event.
